Booking for Sacred Arts Camp 2025

Standard tickets
- Full adult ticket (age 36+) - £250
- Young adult ticket (age 19-35) - £120
- Children (age 5-18) - £40*
- Children (under 5) - Free
(* No charge for children of adults booking on a full working ticket.
Half price for children of adults booking on a half-working ticket)
If someone 18 or under wishes to come to camp but their parents or guardian are not attending, that person will need to be booked under another adult (19+) who will be responsible for that person).
Working tickets
- Half working ticket - adult (age 36+) - £120
- Half working ticket - young adult (age 19-35) - £60
- Full working ticket - adult (age 36+) - £40
- Full working ticket - young adult (age 19-35) - £20
New for 2025: This year we have made a small change to how people can donate to camp by adding some additional 'Generous' ticket options. These new ticket options allow you to pay a little extra if you would like to and are able. All generosity helps us to enhance the camp experience this year and in the future.

Tickets bought on the gate are an additional £20 per adult and an additional £10 per 5 - 35 year old.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds but if, for some reason, you are unable to attend Camp this year, we can carry your ticket over for one year.
If you would like to work in exchange for a full or half working ticket and you have (preferably) attended the Camp (or similar camp) before, why not try working at SAC.
We may also be able to help support those who might struggle to attend the camp due to not having or being able to bring camping equipment, or who have physical or mental health issues, etc.

We offer free tickets for a personal assistant to help people who need additional support to attend camp. Please contact us before booking your ticket to see if you would be eligible.

If you have any technical issues with booking (e.g. PayPal not going through), please email ticketing@sacredartscamp.org so we can look into it.
(NOTE: It may take a day or two for you to get the conformation email as with some bookings, we have to manually check payment has gone through before confirming the booking).
